Eligibility for Mphasis India Careers:
- Graduate freshers (Full-time pass-outs Only from recognized universities).
- Diploma graduate freshers (10+2+3) can also apply
- Should be ready to work in US shifts.
- Need to make Business to Business calls/ outbound calls as per the training imparted and adhering to the standard call handling procedure/fixed shifts starting from 6:30 pm to 3:30 pm and during daylight saving 7:30 pm to 4:30 am. Saturdays and Sundays fixed weekly offs
